Welcome to the ENJOY THE BIBLE INSTITUTE (EBI) on video, an extension ministry of Pastor Keith R. Blades of Enjoy the Bible Ministries. It has been established in response to the suggestions and requests of many who over the past few years have enjoyed both the regular and special video Bible classes. A number of these video Bible classes have been put together into a structured program of study which we have named the ENJOY THE BIBLE INSTITUTE. The complete program of study in Level One is composed of 94 hours of video Bible teaching involving six courses of study. It is designed to be completed over a period of just under two years. EBI operates on a tri-mester schedule, each allowing about 30 weeks for completion. Requests to complete the course at an accelerated rate will be considered, but only if it will not interfere with our ability to serve other students. The average minimum time needed per week for each tri-mester is one hour. This, however, is only for viewing the video lesson and does not include the time involved in preparatory Bible reading, note taking, review, taking tests, etc.

All courses are taught via DVD video.

The video course is sent to you, or to your group leader, in accordance with the prescribed order of studies. (See Simplified Schedule of Courses.) Courses are taken in order and are to be completed within the specified time allowed for each course. (This varies depending upon the number of hours in a course.)

Following the completion of the course, the videos are to be promptly returned to the Lending Library so that others can use them. It is important for each student, or group of students, to be disciplined in this regards so that no tapes are lost or returned late resulting in a disruption or delay in another student’s use of them.

Tests are given at specified intervals during each course and are to be promptly returned for review. However, students have the option of simply taking the courses without testing, if so desired. This choice is made on the enrollment application. Completion of courses in their set order is mandatory.

EBI is suited to both individual and group study. Group study requires that one person be chosen to lead the group and be responsible for communication with the EBI office. EBI will send course materials to the designated group leader and will depend upon that leader to oversee the proper functioning of the group.
